![]() Buckle up cause its going to be a BUMPY ride! This is not the effect I am getting from the tincture either. The fact is, I got damn good at making infusions and there is no denying when a powerful THC infusion hits your nervous system! That shit is undeniable and as inescapable as an undertow. Several subsequent doses were taken and only mild effects which could be attributed to placebo effect or wishful thinking. I took the med dropper and dispensed a mL under the old lengua and allowed the harsh fluid to permeate the thin tissue found there. Upon completing the tincture, I ended up boiling off half of the grain alcohol I used as a solvent leaving me with roughly 1 oz of what should have been ultra concentrated THC goodness. Their protocol calls for 315 F for 5 minutes in a foil tray and I decarbed at 240 F for 45 minutes (Like I always do) which has always produced fine results in the past. Now, the tincture I prepared followed what was referred to online as the "Master Wu Method" ( ) and I followed the procedure to the letter except for the decarboxylation step. I got the idea in my head that perhaps I had built up such a tolerance that THC just no longer worked on me, at least not as infused oil. ![]() Subsequent batches have been equally disappointing. I made a batch of butter to celebrate! I followed the SAME PROCESS as always and even used a little more weed than usual! When I tried the product, it took more than three tbsp to get me any effects at all. When I found a job and was there for a while, I felt comfortable starting to use weed again. In early 2020, I went clean for several months while I searched for a job after completing my degree Fall 2019. For the oil I have always followed the same process without fail and my batches were super strong and I got high intensity effects on small doses (~2tsp in a cup of coffee would get one ripped for hours!). I have been using the MBM for years now to make amazing batches of cannabis infused coconut oil, grapeseed oil, and even Mezcal once.
